The home Evaluator is a program that estimates the value of your home. It is an incredibly useful on-line service we offer to help both sellers and buyers to learn more about the value of a home, whether their own or one they are interested in purchasing. The property can be located anywhere in the U.S.

2. Does it provide an accurate value of the home?

The Home Evaluator only gives a price range, not an exact estimate. The value provided is based on older data and broad comparables, but it does give you an idea of the price range. If you need a more accurate Evaluation, please contact us and we can provide you with a free, no-obligation "CMA" (Comparable Market Analysis) that will tell you exactly how much your property is worth.

3. How do I use the Home Evaluator?

It's easy to get started. Just click the "Launch Home Evaluator" button and then go to the drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner of the Home Evaluator and choose "Getting Started". You'll find out how to use the Home Evaluator, plus get access to other useful real estate information, including a real estate glossary and informational articles.
